Get acquainted with the Designer 

Meet Aida Irene Fournier, a visionary Puerto Rican designer who has been working with glass for over 30 years. Her creations are original, elegant, and full of life—each one a true conversation starter.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Aida developed her passion for the arts at a young age, exploring sculpture and ceramics under the guidance of renowned Puerto Rican artists.

Her journey with glass began at Tulane University, where she graduated in 1991. She further honed her craft in Mexico, studying silversmithing, and continued her education at the Escuela de Artes Plásticas in Puerto Rico, as well as Urban Glass and Bullseye Glass Resource Center in New York.

Extensive travels and mastery of diverse techniques have shaped her creativity and distinctive style. She has exhibited widely in Puerto Rico and collaborated with celebrated fashion designers such as Gustavo Arango and Bea Rodriguez.

Today, Aida lives in the Puerto Rican countryside, where nature’s beauty continues to inspire her original, timeless creations.
