Return & Refund Policy for Artisan Glass Jewelry
Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces
Each item is individually handmade in fused glass. Slight variations in color, shape, or finish are natural and part of the artistry. These are not considered defects.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After this window, returns cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, securely packed to avoid damage.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
• Custom orders, personalized items, and sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification of approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs.
Return shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is damaged in transit back due to poor packaging, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered, as each piece is one-of-a-kind. You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order.
